Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Unit 1108

Join Whataburger as a Restaurant Manager at Unit 1108. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, hiring and developing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, and health compliance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and dining area presentation.
  2. Lead kitchen team to ensure timely, quality food delivery and resolve service issues.
  3. Hire, train, and retain staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Conduct inventory checks and order supplies to maintain stock levels.
  5. Work with Operating Partners on financial reports and budgeting to ensure profitability.
  6. Ensure adherence to cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
  7. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and training requirements.
