Job summary

Circle K in Virginia is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare for the Restaurant Manager role. The trainee will oversee daily operations during a training period up to 90 days under the guidance of the District Manager.

Responsibilities include ensuring food safety, driving guest service, recruiting and onboarding, and managing cash and inventory while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Open availability required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Team player who can work with others or independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the Restaurant Manager role with a designated training period up to 90 days.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations during training; oversee people, operations, and financial metrics.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with Brand standards.
• Hire/onboard staff, supervise cash, inventory, and paperwork, and communicate with district management.
• Uphold Circle K values and drive guest service in a fast paced environment.
