After training, you may be responsible for managing daily operations at a Circle K restaurant for up to 90 days, including people, operations and financial metrics. The role emphasizes guest service, recruiting, onboarding, cleanliness, and compliance with Brand and health standards, while coordinating with the district manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Must uphold Brand and Company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard for all positions.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and perform housekeeping duties.
• Delegate shift duties and monitor completion.
• Manage cash, sales and inventory control records.
• Ensure compliance with Brand, Company and health department regulations.
