Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee in Austinville, VA to train for the Restaurant Manager role. The role will oversee day-to-day operations for a designated Company-operated restaurant under the Restaurant District Manager for up to 90 days.

You will lead guest service, train and onboard team members, maintain cleanliness, and ensure brand and health standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred
• Open availability required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsabilités

• Provide guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coach team members
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard for all positions
• Maintain clean restaurant environment; delegate duties
• Establish production management and monitor operations
• Ensure food safety and adherence to brand standards; manage cash/inventory controls
