Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee in Waycross, GA. This position trains candidates for the Restaurant Manager role, with responsibilities across day-to-day operations, staffing, cash and inventory control, and adherence to Brand standards. Reports to the Restaurant District Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and open availability. Training period up to 90 days with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Open availability required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.
• Maintain clean restaurant environment and delegate shift duties.
• Manage cash, sales, inventory, and records.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with district manager and complete daily/weekly paperwork.
• Support Brand campaigns and product training.
• Uphold Circle K values and operate profitably.
