Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard for all positions.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment through housekeeping duties.
• Delegate tasks and shift duties and follow up for completion.
• Establish production management system and build to’s.
• Ensure food items meet brand, company, and health standards.
• Supervise staff and train on Brand and Company policies.
• Communicate with district manager as required.
• Complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork, inventory and cash counts.
• Guarantee a safe environment and report facility issues.
• Achieve profitable restaurant operations; manage financial metrics.
• Recognize staff via Workday and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Apply progressive discipline when needed.
