Qualifications

• Over 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Business-level Japanese and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality customer experiences.
• Work as a kitchen staff member when needed, assisting with food preparation and ensuring food quality standards.
• Work as a front staff member when needed, providing excellent customer service and managing customer relations.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.
