• Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction – Prioritize guests, model exceptional service, ensure Brand standards and trainings are followed, complete ServSafe certification.
• Profitability – Drive sales through standards and marketing initiatives; manage labor and food costs, ensure safety and cleanliness.
