Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the restaurant team, including scheduling and seating strategies.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train all FOH employees.
• Assist with ordering liquor, wine, beer, and other supplies.
• Manage and maintain the POS system.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling and alcohol service policies, and maintain liquor cost control.
• Assist the General Manager with weekly payroll, and monitor the annual budget and capital plan.
• Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the General Manager and Executive Chef.
• Perform maintenance, ensure safety standards, and follow guidelines for equipment and facilities.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
