Monitor quality, supervise service times, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to quickly learn Wendy’s systems and employee development programs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

Responsabilités

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Promote customer satisfaction to build sales.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Train crew on new products and orientation processes.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety per policies.
• Direct shifts to meet prep and production goals.
• Maintain security of cash, product, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health inspectors and procedures.
• Follows standards and procedures with effective shift management.
• Move and inspect all supplies; support maintenance reporting.
