Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating staff needs against sales on shift.
• Build sales by promoting customer satisfaction and efficient service.
• Monitor costs from prep to production and routine procedures.
• Train crew in new products and service standards; ensure quick, courteous service.
• Maintain inventory levels and security of cash, product, and equipment.
• Ensure all procedures and standards are followed to achieve 80%+ Q.S.C. on shift.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety per policies; follow health/safety guidelines.
