Ideal candidates have 1+ year of restaurant or retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to recognize problems, set goals, and translate plans into action.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane’s standards.
• Manages shift operations and ensures customer service quality.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and upholds safety standards.
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
