McDonald's is hiring a Restaurant Manager of the Future in Lodi, CA. This full-time role starts as a training position with the potential to grow into full Restaurant Manager responsibilities, at $24.75 per hour.

You will lead all restaurant operations, recruit and develop staff, uphold food safety standards, manage inventory and costs, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain guest and employee safety and uphold standards.
• Oversee all operational restaurant needs including maintenance and standards.
