Job summary

First Hospitality, Dayton-based, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the guest experience and daily operations of our restaurant and bar. You will ensure every plate, pour, and interaction reflects the brand’s best-in-class culture across the Dayton area, with accountability for throughput, service quality, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll manage the rhythm of the dining room and back-of-house, train staff, monitor budgets, and uphold brand standards while supporting the hotel leadership team

Qualifications

• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze budgets and financial figures.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic accounting principles.
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations with polish.
• Lead a culture of hospitality, cleanliness, quality and accuracy.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver elevated service.
• Achieve budgeted revenue goals with GM support.
• Manage labor costs through strategic scheduling.
• Maintain food and liquor cost targets.
• Be present on the floor during peak periods.
• Conduct brand standard audits for flawless execution.
• Take on additional responsibilities from hotel leadership.
