Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant operations and managing food & beverage teams.
• Strong focus on guest service, quality, and operational excellence.
• Ability to train and develop staff and conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest service, food quality, and overall dining experience.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining high performance and service standards.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and support ongoing staff development and engagement.
• Monitor restaurant performance, provide feedback, and manage employee evaluations.
• Partner with the Chef to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service.
• Manage beverage programs, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.
• Support budgeting, sales growth, marketing initiatives, labor management, and revenue generation opportunities.
