Job summary

Fiorella’s, a growing family-owned Italian restaurant group, is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager in Newton, MA. You will lead restaurant operations, build strong FOH/BOH teams, set high standards, and own ongoing improvements.

You will recruit, train, coach, and retain staff; ensure outstanding guest service; manage P&L, labor, and food costs; and oversee scheduling. Availability nights/weekends/holidays required; growth into GM and multi-unit roles as we expand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management in a high-volume, full-service or casual dining restaurant.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop hospitality teams.
• Comfort with restaurant financials, labor management, and operating KPIs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays as the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing across FOH and BOH, hiring and developing a strong team.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and handle guest concerns.
• Run disciplined P&L, labor and food costs, and scheduling.
