Job summary

Fiorella's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Newton location with a focus on hospitality, team development, ownership, and operational excellence. You will guide the Team, Guest, and Business areas to build an exceptional dining experience while maintaining strong financial discipline and continuous improvement.

This role requires a leader who sets high standards, drives performance, and aligns with Fiorella's mission to Make Life More Delicious.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop people.
• Comfort with restaurant financials, labor, and operating metrics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skill.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays as the business requires.

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who loves hospitality, develops people, takes ownership, and wants to help build an exceptional restaurant. You’ll be responsible for leading the restaurant across three areas:

Team

Coach, develop, and retain a strong restaurant team. Create a culture where expectations are clear, people receive meaningful feedback, and great performance is recognized.

Guest

Create an exceptional guest experience every day. Build relationships, create regulars, resolve problems thoughtfully, and make sure our hospitality standards are consistently delivered.

Business

Operate a disciplined, profitable restaurant — know your numbers, control labor and costs, maintain staffing levels, and execute our systems with an eye toward continuous improvement.

A successful Fiorella's manager:
