Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team inside a major national retail setting and deliver warm, fast experiences for guests. You’ll drive sales, manage costs, and uphold operational standards while developing your team and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You’ll work to create meaningful moments from the first interaction, with a focus on hospitality, growth opportunities, and long-term career progression as the brand expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams.
• A desire to grow with a company that’s growing with you.
• Strong systems proficiency, specifically with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms; experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred.
