As a Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations, ensure product quality, and cultivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Be willing to have fun and be part of the Mitra culture.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: greet customers warmly and deliver quick, friendly service.
• Food Safety: follow all food safety protocols.
• Food Preparation: assist in prepping and cooking per standards (not a minor).
• Appearance: maintain professional look and grooming.
• Teamwork: collaborate with teammates for a positive environment.
• Learning and Development: participate in training and apply learnings.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: keep front-of-house, kitchen, and equipment clean.
