Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID.
• Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds.
• Be willing to have fun and be part of the Mitra culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, prepare products, manage the team, and ensure quality daily.
• Greet customers, provide fast, friendly service and handle customer relations.
• Follow all food safety protocols to protect customers.
• Participate in food prep and cooking according to standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming as the face of the restaurant.
• Work with the team to deliver great service and ensure a clean, safe environment.
