Outback Steakhouse, part of Out West Restaurant Group, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily FOH/BOH operations in our Mesa, AZ location. You will mentor a diverse team, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction through service excellence.

With a structured training path and strong growth opportunities, you’ll manage labor, inventory, and safety while delivering profitable results and a memorable dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Proven leadership track record in a busy environment.
• Excellent English communication: verbal, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, creating a positive work environment.
• Optimize labor, food and beverage costs through ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
