Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervising and training staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all team levels.
• Familiar with cashier/Point of Sale systems and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed with knowledge of codes.
• Maintaining records and analyzing data to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales.
