Job summary

Smashburger seeks a Restaurant Manager in Colorado Springs to lead daily operations, coach staff, and uphold brand standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure safety, and manage scheduling and labor costs to support restaurant performance.

You will train team members, monitor metrics, and contribute to a positive work environment with a focus on growth opportunities and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manager experience in restaurants.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow company policies and health regulations.
• Completion of Smashburger training program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Shift Leaders (SL) and Employees.
• Promote a fun and positive work environment.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to staff using SmashConnect LMS and 4 step training.
• Monitor guest experience metrics (NPS and OSAT).
• Ensure all food safety standards are followed and compliant with health departments.
• Build schedules based on forecast and manage labor costs.
