Job summary

As a Manager, you will coach and develop your staff, maintain culinary and service standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop hourly team members
• Strong hospitality mindset and guest-first approach
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments preferred
