The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain inventory and cash procedures; ensure safety, sanitation, and security policies.
