Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; evaluates and may promote or terminate.
• Communicates changes in recipes or standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health and safety codes and company policies are followed.
• Contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
