The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, crew development, and daily operations management to ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience and compliant store performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to lead and train talent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships and provide coaching.
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and control food cost variances.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and reporting.
• Maintain building and equipment through preventive maintenance.
