Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Pass the Company’s background process.
• Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure desired outcomes, including increased sales and employee retention.
• Interact with customers and provide excellent guest service.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Manage profit and loss by implementing marketing strategies.
• Operate a point of sale terminal.
