Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Pass the Company’s background process.
• Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Obtain valid Seller/Server certification for alcohol within 90 days.
• No visible tattoos on the head, neck or face; on arms or hands, unless concealed.

Responsibilities

• Overall operation of a single restaurant ensuring desired outcomes.
• Interact with customers, manage dining room operations, and address complaints.
• Motivate team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Manage profit and loss by implementing marketing strategies and reviewing financials.
• Operate a point of sale terminal.
• Work flexible hours, including up to 55 hours per week.
