Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Pass the Company’s background process.
• Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Within 90 days of employment, obtain a valid Seller/Server certification for alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Overall operation of a single restaurant ensuring desired outcomes.
• Interact with customers and provide excellent guest service.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Own full accountability for the restaurant’s profit and loss management.
• Operate a point of sale terminal.
