• Education: College degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of line operations in the restaurant industry.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs and schedule by shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L; promote customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food costs and waste; drive profitability.
• Staffing: interview and hire; train crew; ensure coverage.
• Lead, train and develop crew with GM/DM support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety; train on standards.
• Cross-train staff for efficient coverage; monitor performance.
• Provide coaching and direction to maintain service excellence.
