Under supervision, you will lead, train, and develop crew and junior managers, manage daily operations, and strive for profitability and high customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manages labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Performs monthly budget and P&L reviews and communicates results to leadership.
• Promotes customer satisfaction to build sales and profit.
• Monitors crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs and quality.
• Tracks waste and operational losses, implementing controls as needed.
• Alert General Manager or District Manager to sales/profit issues seen during shifts.
• Executes restaurant sales and profits plan as defined with supervision.
• Maintains product quality by monitoring crew performance and providing feedback.
