Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Quality Control - check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.
• Timing Management - ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service.
• Maintain Flow - keep the pass area organized and clean.
