Boddie Noell Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Hardee’s location in Troutville, VA. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality food, service, and cleanliness while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ongoing staff development, scheduling, and adherence to company policies. We welcome enthusiastic professionals with a focus on guest experience and operations excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to lead and train teams.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends.
• Must be 18+ and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Interview and hire qualified staff.
• Train and develop crew under supervision.
• Maintain product quality, service, safety and cleanliness.
• Manage cash procedures and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
