Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage, including wine, beer, and spirits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule across multiple locations as needed.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service quality and cleanliness.
• Lead, train, and develop both hourly and management staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest feedback.
