Butner Hardee’s is hiring a Restaurant Manager to operate the store and lead the team in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. The role focuses on sales growth, quality, service and cleanliness while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to manage guest flow.
• Control labor costs to meet standards.
• Train and develop crew under management.

• Maintain supplies and inventory as needed.
• Manage cash and ensure cash procedures.
• Ensure professional appearance and policies are followed.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Represent the company and maintain a positive team culture.
