Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin', is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Arizona locations. You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members, ensure adherence to quality service and cleanliness standards, and drive sales and profitability for the store.

You will manage costs, control inventory, and uphold Dunkin' brand standards to deliver a consistent and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Guest focus and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
• Food Safety/Serve Safe Certification.

Responsibilities
