Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members, including shift leaders and other staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory and brand standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards.
• Lead by example with strong work ethic, professionalism and adherence to company values.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement actions to improve service quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and profitability.
• Engage with the local community and explore partnerships or sponsorships.
• Communicate priorities and results to restaurant team members.
