The role offers a full-time schedule with flexible hours, a $45,000–$58,000 salary, and bonus eligibility. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
