Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires scheduling, inventory management, and familiarity with CrunchTime or HotSchedules. You will hire, train, and retain staff, manage labor costs, and ensure a clean, safe, welcoming environment while partnering with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Scheduling and inventory management experience.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities
