Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness. You will coach and develop Family Members to their full potential while driving sales, labor, and food cost goals in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will lead shifts and partner with the leadership team to uphold food and workplace safety, ensure brand standards, and support career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to meet business needs including overnight and weekend hours.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience required.
• Should possess ServSafe Food Manager Certification or obtain during training.
• Valid driver's license and valid auto liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their full potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards are upheld.
• Lead shift transitions and talent development with restaurant leadership.
