Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager to operate the Hardee's location in your area. You will lead the team, ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and drive profitability with effective scheduling and coaching.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, labor control, and maintaining compliance with safety and company policies while providing exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong conflict-resolution and people-skills

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior / General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
