Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager at Hardee's to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, ensuring top service, food quality, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

You will hire and schedule staff, control labor costs, and coach crew under the GM. We seek leaders who can train teams, resolve guest issues, and maintain safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior / General Manager.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash handling and cash procedures.
