Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a Hardee's location to operate in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, drive sales growth, and uphold top standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will interview and hire staff, schedule, control labor costs, train crew, and lead by example while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies. This role offers weekly pay, paid training, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Achieve sales growth while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Lead by example and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Conduct staff meetings and communicate procedures, promotions, and safety.
