Qualifications

• Service Orientation - Actively looks for ways to help others.
• Time Management - Multi-tasking ability; stay hands-on during busy shifts while maintaining guest satisfaction, product quality and team performance.
• Computer/Technology - Experience with POS systems; proficient with computer use (email, spreadsheets, and documents).
• ServSafe Certification is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Builds teams by identifying, recruiting, and hiring the best in the available talent pool.
• Coaches, develops, and motivates the shop's Team Members by following Capriotti's training standards; identifies and addresses the additional development needs of the individuals on the team to encourage growth and retention.
• Prepares team schedules with a focus on operational excellence and cost management without sacrificing Guest satisfaction and team morale.
• Equitably shares the team workload to maintain a positive work environment and ensure service standards.
• Monitors budgets, cost of goods sold, labor, payroll records, and all other financial transactions related to the shop.
• Promotes an environment of salesmanship by encouraging a culture of suggestive selling and counter service at the register.
• Utilizes effective purchasing, inventory, receiving, and waste-monitoring procedures.
• Participates in brand-wide and Local Shop Marketing (LSM) initiatives and demonstrates leadership in marketing efforts.
• Fosters positive relationships with Team Members, Guests, vendors, and Capriotti's brand partners.
