Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., an independent franchisee of Hardee’s, seeks a Restaurant Manager in Hillsville, VA to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction.

You will hire, train and coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure food quality, safety and cleanliness while controlling costs. This hands-on leadership role rewards performance with growth opportunities and weekly pay options.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain inventory and ensure cost controls to meet standards.
• Lead meetings and coach team to uphold service and safety standards.
• Ensure cash procedures and reporting are followed.
