• Manages labor costs by evaluating staffing needs against sales during shifts.
• Reviews monthly budget and P&L with GM/DM to optimize profitability.
• Leads training and development of crew; coaches team performance and service quality.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepares and assigns daily schedules to maximize coverage and efficiency.
