Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. is seeking an experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager for our high-volume restaurant in the Burbank area.

You will lead the team to deliver a phenomenal guest experience and drive hospitality and service excellence, reporting to restaurant leadership. The role requires at least two years of FOH management experience, exceptional communication, and strong leadership to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
• Passionate about execution, hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a phenomenal guest experience and lead the team with a people-first mindset.
• Build a team around hospitality and culinary execution and develop top talent to drive the business forward.
• Manage the P&L, forecast labor expenditures, budget and analyze variances.
