Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading service with front of house teams.
• Skilled in developing guest rapport.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct the daily operations of a restaurant.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and supervise line, temperature and cooler checks; oversee closing manager duties including cash handling and daily numbers.
• Organize opening and closing shifts to deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams while upholding our Culture of Caring.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and achieving financial goals.
• Partner with GM to interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff.
• Conduct regular inventories and manage supplies and deliveries.
