Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and lead and direct the daily operations of a restaurant.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and supervise line, temperature and cooler checks; oversee closing manager duties and nightly numbers.
• Organize, run and supervise opening/closing shifts to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams while fostering our Culture of Caring.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and achieving financial goals.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH employees as needed.
• Perform inventories and manage food, beverage, and supplies orders.
